School of Architecture and Built Environment
Deakin University’s School of Architecture and Built Environment operates at the intersection of art, design, technology, and environmental science. The School engages with the contemporary challenges of the emerging built environment to provide students with the professional expertise required to create the innovative and sustainable environments of the future.
Our courses are relevant, practical and engaging. Many include a work experience component and enable students to study their chosen field from day one whilst engaging in multidisciplinary teams to develop an understanding of the allied professions involved in the industry. As a result, our courses enable graduates to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies that are highly sought-after by employers.
