The Design and Creative Industries program delivers both practical and theoretical studies in communication, journalism, screen and media studies, graphic design, illustration, information visualisation, advertising, interpretive design, 3D modelling, animation, rapid prototyping, web design, packaging, publishing, visual communication and photography. Students can combine these with courses from other Faculties in the University to provide them with a course of study relevant to their intended career. The University offers flexibility of study and personalised teaching by industry professionals. Students focus on Graphic Design, Photography, 3D visualisation, Serious Games and Animation, and E-media as part of a Bachelor of Design degree, a Creative Industries degree or undertake a Bachelor of Design & Communication or a Bachelor of Design and Marketing.
