Our built environment courses are an opportunity to explore how our everyday environments, including commercial and residential spaces are formed, constructed and continuously revised as the word changes. You’ll explore designing for the needs of people and learn how to provide advice and assistance on the finishing and furnishing of existing interiors, to meet client requirements. The Swinburne Design Factory Melbourne, Australia’s first ‘living lab’ dedicated to design, will help broaden your outlook by encouraging collaborative projects that connect you with students from other disciplines.
