Our courses provide a broad foundation in visual arts and design, developing well-rounded visual arts practitioners and creative problem solvers. Throughout the course, students obtain a balanced mix of studio-based fine art, graphic design, new media and art and design history and theory. We introduce students to a range of opportunities in the visual arts. These opportunities are enhanced through individually tailored internship programs that heighten workplace skills and the opportunity to participate in study abroad in theUnited Kingdom, America or Italy.
Students are trained by staff who are active practitioners in their fields and benefit from small class sizes in an intimate studio environment. Students are also introduced into industry networks, creating linkages that result in exciting employment outcomes.
